How does the Holsta Belt work?
The Holsta Belt features a quick-release, military-style buckle that locks securely in place with one simple motion. No holes, no hassle—just adjust it once, and it stays put all day.

How do you thread and adjust the belt?
Thread the belt by detaching the free end of the buckle and threading it through your loops like any other belt. Once threaded, attach it to your buckle and adjust it to the right size.
To adjust, use your fingers to apply some outward pressure to the end of the buckle with the friction plate as you pull the strap through. This works for both tightening and loosening the belt.

I thought my dog had somehow destroyed the right half of my new Holstabelt's buckle, and I was So disappointed. All I found was a spring and the left half [I thought]. I knew I would be ordering a new one right away and I knew I could not punish her. — Until I found both halves still connected, right where I had left them strung through the loops of my pants piled with the dirty clothes, shiny, and unmarred. I was So relieved, because this belt just works.
I shouldn't have worried, The Holsta buckle is not the kind that succumbs to dog teeth anyway.

This belt holds in position fantastic & only needs adjusting when I change weight. The downside it the size of the buckle makes it a nightmare to get through the loops.

The strap is a standard belt width (1.45in / 3.7cm), so it should fit most loops, and the buckle isn’t actually meant to pass through the loops. To put it on you’ll want to thread the free strap end through the loops first, then through the friction plate. You can see how that works here: holstabelts.com/pages/how-to. Bought a Mk1 and a Mk2 Belt ( Different colors) The Mk2 Buckle is far superior, as the Mk1 slips and requires regular adjustment while wearing. ( I work on boats and need my hands free) . That said , the Mk2 is so good I’ve just ordered another one in the color I need.
Came today and started using straight away…..belt strong and the buckle is quick and easy to use, feeding the belt through belt loops not a problem

This is a decent belt and super strong.
Seen on another review that leather belts just don't cut it. I like the simple buckle, just need to keep the strength in my fingers to undo it. Lock and load,and if you get caught short, you can strap your gear down on your bike. Get one.

I like my Holsta belts a lot. I had been using ratchet style belts for years, but the clamp they all use to attach to the belt tears it over time, meaning the belt keeps getting shorter as it is trimmed to be able to reattach the buckle. Holsta are attached securely. The hook release style of buckle also won’t open on its own like a ratchet buckle that moves slightly and the ratchets shift. I am very pleased so far😁

BRILLIANT when I discovered how to use them
Great product and does everything it says it does.. normally have issues finding belt long enough but this is fantastic.
Excellent easy to use & solid made belt.
However unfortunately lacks in compatibility as fails to fit through most trouser and chino belt loops.
In order to use, you need to talk the belt apart each time and fit manually
It’s much easier to use a standard leather belt than this one and is really just a gimmick novelty item.
It’s a nice idea, however to make it work efficiently you would need to buy one for every trouser/jeans etc. you own.
Seems pretty good for the minute, a little pricey a belt, but I like the design.
Belt is good quality but buckle is too wide to fit through the loops of my pants.

Always used leather belts thought I would try something different. Give this type a go, it has exceeded my expectations! 1 small gripe is its hard to change belts to other pants , need to undo buckle from the end and re fit buckle & keeper.
